Built Exclusively For Recruitment & Staffing Firms

Somewhere right now, a hiring manager in your niche is picking which firm gets the call. Make it you.

We find companies with active hiring signals in your niche, get the decision maker replying to an email, and put a real meeting on your calendar. You focus on recruiting. We handle finding the people who are already looking for exactly what you do.

We only take on a small number of firms per market and specialty. Once a niche is filled, we close it.

The Real Bottleneck

Sourcing was never your problem. Getting there first is.

Whether you're closing placements solo or running a full desk, it comes down to the same thing: whoever reaches the hiring manager first usually wins the mandate. Right now that's about who has the better outbound, not who has the better recruiters.

01

You're stuck prospecting instead of recruiting

Every hour spent chasing leads is an hour you're not sourcing candidates or working the role you already have open. That's pipeline sitting on the table, week after week.

02

Generic outbound gets deleted in seconds

Hiring managers get a dozen copy-paste pitches a week. If your message doesn't sound like you actually get their roles, their market, their pressure, it gets ignored. You won't even know it happened.

03

Referrals dry up right when you need them

Warm intros are great until your best client stops hiring. Then your calendar is only as full as your last referral, and you're starting over.

Why We Only Work With Recruitment

One industry. One playbook. Nothing diluting the results.

We already speak your buyer's language

Roles, placements, fill rates, MSPs, VMS, contingency vs. retained. Our sequences sound like they were written by someone who's actually sat across from a hiring manager. They were.

We know exactly who to target and when

Funding rounds, headcount jumps, new job postings, they all point to companies with a real need right now. Usually before anyone else has caught on.

Clean sender reputation, one vertical, zero dilution

Every client we take on is in the same industry, so our infrastructure and lists never get spread thin chasing niches we don't understand. Focus compounds, and you can see it in what lands in the inbox.

We keep our client count low on purpose

We limit how many firms we take on per market and specialty. You won't end up quietly competing with another Ritely client for the same hiring manager.

Recruitment is a full-calendar business. Whoever gets to the hiring manager first wins the mandate. Everyone else is just following up.

The Process

From cold list to booked call. Four steps, one system.

No templates borrowed from a SaaS playbook. No rented lists. Everything here is built around how recruitment firms actually win mandates.

01

Map the market

We track live hiring signals, funding rounds, headcount growth, new job postings, and build a list of the exact people who own the recruiting relationship at each company.

02

Write for the buyer, not the inbox

Sequences get built around what a VP of Talent or an HR Director is actually dealing with that quarter. People reply because it's relevant, not because it's clever.

03

Protect the inbox before we protect the reply rate

Dedicated domains, proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, a slow warm-up, daily monitoring. Most agencies skip this part. It's usually the first thing that breaks.

04

Qualify, then book directly on your calendar

A real person reads and qualifies every reply before it's booked, so what lands on your calendar is someone who's actually ready to talk.

See if your market's still open.

Our Standard

What "top tier" actually means here.

We're not going to hand you a number before we know your market. No agency honestly can. What we'll commit to is a process held to a higher bar than most cold email ever gets, and full visibility into how it's actually performing.

🎯

Recruitment-only targeting

Every list gets filtered for active hiring signals inside your niche and geography, not generic data pulled from a database.

✉️

Dedicated infrastructure

Your own domains and inboxes, warmed up properly, never shared with anyone else. Your reputation stays yours.

📊

Weekly performance review, on your calendar

Reply rates, inbox placement, meeting quality, we go through it with you every week and adjust as we go, not after the quarter's already over.

🔒

Exclusivity by market, no lock-in

We won't sell your market to a competitor, and you're not stuck in a contract if it's not working out for you.

Who's Behind Ritely

Built by two people obsessed with one problem.

We kept running into the same thing: good recruiters, solo or on a full desk, with no reliable way to get in front of the next hiring manager before someone else got there first. So we built the system we wished existed and pointed it at recruitment. Nothing else. Book a call and you'll be talking to one of us, not a support inbox.

Deepika Rani
Deepika Rani
Founder

Deepika started Ritely after watching good recruiters lose good placements to slow pipelines. The talent was there. Nobody just got to the hiring manager fast enough.

Ritely exists to fix that one problem. A cold email system built and tested around how recruitment firms actually sell, so every client gets something that's earned its results instead of borrowed from someone else's playbook.

Rita runs deliverability and copy at Ritely, the part that actually decides whether outreach lands in an inbox or gets buried in spam.

Every sequence, subject line, and follow-up gets tested against live recruitment cycles before it reaches a client's list, and reviewed every week it's running.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you work with anyone outside recruitment?

+

No. Ritely works only with recruitment and staffing agencies, RPO providers, and executive search firms. That's the one industry we build for.

I've tried cold email before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

+

Most cold email fails for one of three reasons: bad lists, generic copy, or bad deliverability. We only work in recruitment, which handles the first two. We run dedicated, warmed infrastructure per client, which handles the third. It's less about clever copy and more about removing the reasons it usually breaks.

What counts as a "booked meeting"?

+

A real conversation with someone who owns hiring decisions at a company that's actually hiring. Not a reply, not an "unsubscribe," not a courtesy call.

Do you guarantee a specific number of meetings?

+

Yes, but only once we understand your niche, geography, and current hiring activity. Anyone who guarantees a number before knowing your market isn't being straight with you. Book a call and we'll walk through it, then give you a real figure.

Will you work with a competing recruitment firm in my market?

+

No. We limit how many firms we take on per region and specialty, so our clients aren't competing with each other for the same hiring managers.

Is this compliant, or will it get my domain blacklisted?

+

Every campaign runs on its own properly authenticated domain, with warm-up, volume limits, and daily monitoring, completely separate from your main company inbox.

How long until I see meetings on the calendar?

+

Most clients see their first ones within a few weeks, once domains are warmed and the sequence is live. We'll give you a real timeline once we know your market.
